How to remember a person name.

1. Repeat- To repeat the person name out-loud or in thought. 

1. Picture This- Picture someone name to an item

1. Spell it Out- Spell his or her name 

1. Connect- Try to connect with the person. So start chatting with them and you will remember

1. Use a pen- Write down the person name on your hand the next time you dont remember just look at your hand and 

1. Speak up- Sometimes the best way and to be honest just say you forgot. Be honest and say you forgot and the person will tell you.
